Rincker and Richey have a great set of Poland show pigs! They have a well known reputation of winning!

Maximum Bidding is a feature available to you. This allows you to leave a private maximum bid with the computer. This will tell the computer to bid on your behalf when another person places a bid on the same lot you are seeking.

In order to Bid you must have REGISTERED through the Link above. You must have a valid credit card. You must register through our system and get a buyers number even if you have used similar auction sites. Thank you and Good Luck!

Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Invoicing : An Invoice including auction price plus 10% buyers premium will be sent to you at the close of bidding. This will be sent to your registered e-mail account. Instructions on how to pay will be included. At the close of the auction the winning prices are posted with the buyers number. This amount shown will not include the buyers' premium, that will be added to your invoice that will be sent to your registered e-mail. Please be sure you can pay immediately, and bidding/buying does not depend upon financing. Full payment including the buyers premium is expected at the conclusion of the sale and before any livestock will exchange hands. Failure to pay will forfeit your purchasing of the animal and will result in legal action. CPS and Dan Naughton reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price, plus buyers premium, and late fees to the credit card on file if the account is not settled within four days after the close of the auction. Understand that ALL bids placed at or above the starting bids will be sold to the highest bidder!

Health Papers : Furnished upon request for each individual lot. All special testing and export health testing will be done at the buyers expense. If you buy a pig please contact your local vet for requirements and permits. This should be done in a timely manner before pick up of pigs.

Registration Papers : All registration papers will be transferred to the new owners of the pigs at the sellers expense after payment for the pig has been made. The transfer of all papers is between the seller and buyer. CPS or Dan Naughton do not assume any responsibility or liability in the transfer of papers.

Guarantee : The NASR ( National Association Of Swine Records) warranty guidelines will be observed. Complaints should be made within 60 days to the seller. All animals should go through proper isolation before going into your herd. Please consult your veterinarian. All underlines are considered sound unless stated in the catalog. We have the right to try any nonbreeders and there is no gurantee of breeding value of any gilts or boars younger than six months of age and/or any gilts that have been shown at preview or jackpot shows before breeding. Each animal lot will become the buyers risk at the close of the auction and buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to the property until removed or delivered. Any issue must be resolved between the buyer and the seller.
