AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Per CDC and other government guidelines concerning COVID19, everyone who attends the inspection or removal times must stay 6 ft. from others and wearing a mask is recommended.

1. REGISTRATION: In order to qualify our bidders, you must register for the auction with a credit card.

2. UPDATE BIDDER PROFILE: If you have previously registered and need to update your bidder profile with new address or credit card click the Update Bidder Profile tab at top of this page.

3. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer’s premium will be added to the price of each item purchased. Example, for a high bid of $100. a 15% buyer’s premium of $15 will be added making the purchase price $115.

4.ONSITE INSPECTION DATES:

5. BIDDING DEADLINE: Thursday, June 18 starting at 10:00 A.M. The first item will close at 10:00 A.M. and the following lots will close one item per minute in numerical order.
EXTENDED FEATURE: If A bid IS received within 3 minutes of an item's scheduled closing time, that item's close time will be extended for bidding an additional 3 minutes. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a "live" auction.
Also, you can utilize the MAXBID system where you can put in your starting bid and your highest bid. Your maximum bid is confidential and the software will bid up to that point only if other bids are received.

6. REMOVAL OF ITEMS PURCHASED: Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
***with the exception of the pallet racking, it can only be Sunday at 10:00 A.M.
Buyers are required to remove purchases within the time frames posted. If you are unable to pickup your purchases in the allotted time frames, do not bid at this auction. Buyers are responsible for removing and loading their purchases.
Buyer must provide their paid invoice and I. D. at time of pickup.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION however, if BUYER makes arrangement for a shipper of their choosing the shipper must have a copy of buyers paid invoice at the time of pick up.

7. METHOD OF PAYMENT : Visa MC, AM EX and discover credit cards are accepted. All payments are due upon the close of the Auction. Buyer hereby authorizes Auctioneer to process the payment for their purchases using the credit card provided. Auctioneer will email a paid Invoice to Buyer upon processing payment. All sales are final and Buyer hereby waives their rights to refunds or credit card chargebacks.

8. SALES TAX: Sales Tax. Auctioneer shall collect and Buyer shall pay all sales tax, which will be added to the purchase price, including the buyers’ premium, on all purchased items. Dealers who purchase for resale must email to Auctioneer a copy their Sales Tax Certificate and complete a resale certificate(GA- ST-5 Form) PRIOR TO THE AUCTION CLOSING, without which Auctioneer will charge all applicable taxes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Email these documents to Robinhuff@atlbid.com.

9. REPRESENTATIONS:Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and personal onsite inspection is always STRONGLY recommended to verify description, photos and condition of items. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Auctioneer makes every effort to provide accurate information about the items being sold however it is Buyers’ full responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale.

10. FAILURE TO REMOVE PURCHASES: In the event items are not removed in the time frames allotted, the items purchased shall be deemed abandoned and Buyer will lose any right, title or interest Buyer may have acquired and the items shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer. ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

11. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: A successful bid at auction, whether live or online, constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.

12. BIDDING: All bids must be submitted using the online bidding system. Buyer is responsible to confirm their bids for accuracy. Selecting the Review Bids function at any time may do this. Bidders will receive outbid notifications via email up until midnight before the day the auction closes, after which time you must log in to the bidding site to confirm your bids. Auctioneer is providing Internet bidding as a service to Buyer using a 3rd Party Bidding System. Under no circumstances shall Buyer hold Auctioneer liable for system failures resulting in Buyer’s bid not being properly submitted.

13.REMOVAL: Purchaser are responsible for packing and loading all purchases. Please remember to bring all packing supplies and equipment necessary to load your purchases.

14. ACTS OF OTHERS: Persons in attendance during inspection, or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage or loss to persons, property, or merchandise and shall exercise proper precautions at all times for the protection of persons and property and shall comply with all safety and health requirements as directed by Auctioneer. Neither Auctioneer, its agents, its employees or representatives shall be liable by reason of any defect in or about the condition of the premises on which the auction is held. Buyer specifically releases Auctioneer, its agents and representatives from all liability thereof.

As an added security measure, all new bidders are required

to verify their email address prior to registering.
